Cooking is a family affair, learning her craft as a pastry cook in her formative years from her father Xavier. Lilly then honed her skills and experience working in fine dining establishments in London – ‘Soho House’ and ‘The Embassy’ and then in Australia – at ‘The Grounds’ and ‘The Greens’ as Head Chef. Lilly’s exceptional attention to detail and careful selection of fresh produce and ingredients ensures Huxton’s food offering is first class all the time. Under Lilly’s skilful eye, Huxtons’s food offering have been expanded to include a new catering menu and soon to be released affordable and tasty home meal offerings that can be ordered online.
